C31 Start-up Normal LED Sequence

When the power button is pressed the LEDs and meter self-test sequence will operate, as illustrated in the following video.

The Tester flashes red then green five times (1 second each cycle). Meanwhile the meter rotates smoothly up to 30+ kV, then returns to 0 kV. Then the LEDs are off (for 2 seconds), green (for 2 seconds), then off (for 2 seconds). The green LED then illuminates until the Tester times-out, is turned off or is used to measure a voltage.
